This handcrafted terracotta relief depicts a graceful couple seated together on a richly ornamented camel, creating a charming narrative scene rooted in Indian folk-art traditions. The figures are portrayed with expressive faces, traditional attire, jewellery, and carefully modelled details, while the camel is adorned with an elaborate harness, decorative saddle, tassels, and patterned embellishments. The composition is framed by an intricate border of repeated floral rosettes and braided motifs, complemented by draped curtain-like elements that give the panel a ceremonial character. Subtle foliage and ground motifs at the base add a natural setting while maintaining focus on the central figures. The mural retains the warm, natural reddish-orange tone of fired terracotta, allowing the sculptural relief and hand-modelled textures to remain the primary visual features. Its combination of storytelling, ornamental craftsmanship, and traditional clay
